Design & Build of Production Facilities & Warehouse

Agacons Construction, Inc. completed the design and build of production facilities and warehouse for Amhertz Delta located in Biñan, Laguna, and Belmont located in Porac, Pampanga - both are Unilab group companies.

The projects included architectural, structural, electrical, air-conditioning, ventilation, compressed air, plumbing and sanitary, sewage treatment, and fire protection systems.

Advance Four Storey Data Center with an estimated of 12000 m2 floor area

Agacons Construction, Inc. served as the General Mechanical Contractor for TIM Data, an advanced data center located at ZDRC Technohub Center, Carmona, Cavite.

The project scope included air-conditioning systems, water-cooled chillers, cooling towers, pumps, AHUs, FCUs, ductworks, fans and blowers, as well as fuel tanks and fuel piping complete with valves and accessories.

Design & Build of Automatic Fire Protection & Fire Suppression System for Warehouse & Production Area

Agacons Construction, Inc. served as the General Mechanical Contractor for PMFTC, delivering the design and build of automatic fire protection and fire suppression systems for warehouse and production facilities in Marikina and Vigan.

Covering approximately 40,000 m² in Marikina and 10,000 m² in Vigan, the project included above-ground metal fire tanks, UL/FM fire and jockey pumps with n+1 system, and complete fire protection piping networks with UL/FM valves, indoor fire hose, and external fire hydrant systems compliant with FM Global standards.

Agacons Construction, Inc. served as the air-conditioning contractor for One Ayala Towers 1 and 2, comprising two BPO buildings with 60 storeys for Tower 1 and 54 storeys for Tower 2.

The project scope included the supply and installation of multi-split (VRF) air-conditioning units, high-pressure refrigerant piping, and condensate drain systems.

Agacons Construction, Inc. completed the Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection (MEPF) works for the production and non-production buildings of UPPC in Calumpit, Bulacan.

The project covered primary and secondary power lines, air-conditioning and ventilation systems, auxiliary systems including CCTV, PABGM, and FDAS, as well as indoor and external fire protection systems including fire hose cabinets, portable fire extinguishers, and loop and crossmain piping networks complete with valves and accessories.

Agacons Construction, Inc. served as the General Mechanical Contractor for Proscenium 2 in Rockwell, Makati, consisting of a 60-storey residential tower and a 6-storey recreational building.

The project scope included split-type and VRF air-conditioning systems, air-cooled chillers, chilled water pumps, AHUs, FCUs, air-conditioning ductworks, fans and blowers, fuel tanks and fuel piping, as well as centralized air-conditioning controls and monitoring systems.

Design and Build of Class 10K & 1K Cleanroom

Agacons Construction, Inc. served as the General Mechanical Contractor for Littlefuse at LIMA Center, Malvar, Batangas, delivering the design and build of Class 10K and Class 1K cleanroom facilities.

The project scope included air-conditioning systems, refrigerant piping and condensate drain systems, ductworks with HEPA and fan filter modules, fans and blowers, cleanroom transparent enclosures using rigid plastic vinyl materials, and temperature and humidity control systems.
